Amanda Spring
Founder & Owner
Amanda brings over 20 years of international executive search and consulting experience, having co-founded an executive search firm Talent 05 in Milan, Paris, London, and New York, and having set up offices and teams as Managing Partner of Janou Pakter’s search and consulting business in Europe and abroad. Over the course of her career, she has placed senior executives and collaborated closely with the world’s top three luxury groups, as well as with private-equity backed companies like Ganni, and leading beauty and consumer groups and brands such as Inditex, Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Nike, and Apple. She has also guided many emerging startups and family businesses in their growth, placing top members of their teams and helping them to expand their businesses internationally and into new product categories. Having lived in New York, London, Paris, Milan and Amsterdam, and worked on search and consulting projects across North America, APAC, the Middle East and Europe, Amanda possesses a rare fluency in cultural adaptability and the psychology of international leadership. Her background in luxury, fashion, advertising and creative services – including the strategic development of photographer Mario Testino’s agency – gives her an exceptional eye for both executive and creative talent.
Art Zuijderwijk

Art is a senior commercial and creative leader with over 20 years of experience across luxury, fashion, and emerging digital businesses. He possesses a rare ability to bridge brand vision with modern operating capabilities, leveraging AI, digital commerce, and immersive experiences to help companies evolve. Earlier in his career, Art held executive leadership roles at Replay, Levi Strauss & Co., and Diesel, where he led international teams across marketing, sales, retail, and operations with full P&L responsibility. He led brand repositioning, market expansion, and operational transformation initiatives across Europe and the US. He supported Stitch, the digital wholesale platform developed within PVH, advising leadership on strategic repositioning and product direction. He also worked with Loro Piana to digitize its textile archive and develop a mobile B2B platform. Finally, he worked with cultural institutions such as ADI Design Museum and Treccani on digital transformation projects. Today at Spring Talent, Art helps leadership teams harness the tools of tomorrow without losing the taste and judgment that define great brands today.
Roberta Guinzoni

Roberta Guinzoni is a strategic transformation leader and trusted advisor to CEOs, founders, and executive teams, with extensive experience across founder-led organizations, private equity-backed companies, high-growth scale-ups, and listed corporations. Throughout the course of her career, she has worked as Chief People Officer and HR, Talent and Organizational Director and for established companies such as Ganni, Flying Tiger, Pandora and the previous Walgreens Boots Alliance. Currently completing Executive Education at INSEAD in the Chief Strategy Officer program, Roberta strengthens her expertise in strategic decision-making, organizational transformation, and long-term value creation, further reinforcing her ability to act as a Executive partner and fractional Chief of Staff and Chief People Officer for high-impact organizations.
Irina Muravieva
Senior Director, Executive Search & Innovation Consulting
Based in London, Irina leads executive search and consulting projects at Spring Talent across all organizational levels, with particular expertise in commercial and innovation led-mandates. Her career spans a total of 18 years in retail and consulting – including eight years with Harrods, where she managed brand and retail operations across Womenswear and Accessories categories, followed by a role with Theory as Retail Director Europe. A Lecturer at Istituto Marangoni in Fashion Business, Innovation and Economics, Irina brings a rare combination of operational excellence, strategic leadership, and a genuine passion for building great consumer businesses.
Sojourner Morrell
Senior Creative Search & Sustainability Consultant
Sojourner brings a uniquely compelling combination of experiences to Spring Talent — five years as a Sustainability Analyst for Gruppo Sanpellegrino and Venchi, alongside a career as a fashion model working with Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, and Tom Ford. Sojourner has a degree in Economics, Green Management, Energy, and CSR from Università Bocconi and studied economics at New York University and Hunter College. Fluent in French, English, Italian, and German, she leads creative search projects and consults on sustainability and ESG strategy for Spring Talent clients.
Julie Schulenburg
Senior Executive Search & Operations Consultant
Julie brings a distinctive blend of M&A advisory and international executive search experience. Prior to Spring Talent, she consulted for Helvia Partners in Lugano, Switzerland, and spent 4 years with PRAXI worldwide executive search consultancy, leveraging a global network of executive search firms across 38 countries. American by origin and Milan-based for over a decade, Julie speaks fluent Italian and holds degrees in International Economics and Finance from Università Bocconi and Dominican University of Chicago.
Alaa Othman
Search Consultant
Alaa is a Search Consultant and Researcher at Spring Talent, specializing in projects with a strong emphasis on digital and technology areas of the business. She previously worked in content strategy and digital engagement, focused on online research, audience targeting, and data-driven talent outreach. Alaa holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering, with specialization in Digital Business Innovation from Politecnico di Milano, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from Cairo.
